Successful Conclusion of Training for the Fifth Cohort in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education Program

Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education - A new group of teachers, supported by the Canadian government and in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in the directorates of Ajloun, Jerash, Al-Jeezah, Al-Rusaifeh, and Marka, have completed their training in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education Program.

The comprehensive training aimed at cultivating a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in classrooms. Participants gained insights into the importance of establishing innovation teams as integral components of the school's development plan. They were equipped with skills in project-based learning, innovative thinking, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.

The blended training approach emphasized integrating technology into projects and enhancing students' higher-order thinking skills. Participants learned processes that promote innovation among students, including divergent and convergent thinking, ideation methodologies, and practical application.

The program's first three modules took a hands-on approach, with participants designing initial action plans for their innovative projects. In the fourth module, teachers received training on entrepreneurship elements, risk management planning, and creating business models for their projects.

Throughout the fourth module, participants delved into the significance of business incubators and received practical lessons in entrepreneurship directly linked to education. The interactive training allowed teachers to apply their learning directly to entrepreneurship in education.
