QRTA - Aqaba - The launch of the School Excellence Project in the city of Aqaba, under the agreement concluded between the Queen Rania Academy Teacher Academy and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, aims to enhance the skills of educational leaders, teachers, counselors, supervisors, and coordinators, and to develop and improve their learning experience by enhancing the level of teaching, providing necessary support, and enhancing the efficiency of leadership and administrative skills in Aqaba's schools.
The project, to be implemented in coordination with the Education Directorate in Aqaba Governorate, includes continuous professional development programs such as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education Program, the Psychological Adaptation Skills Program during Crises and Emergencies Program, specialized pedagogical programs - the Mathematics Program, and the Education for Sustainable Environment Program, as well as the Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma and the Teacher Education Professional Diploma.
QRTA will train teachers on best educational practices according to contemporary global trends in teaching strategies and learning management to enhance their outcomes, meeting the real needs of the educational field in the city of Aqaba.
