Novice Teacher Programme

A specialized professional development program to build the capacity of educational supervisors and develop the skills of novice teachers with less than three years of experience in education. The program seeks to develop the capacity of teachers in several areas and general teaching strategies including Classroom Management, Interactive Pedagogies, Differentiated Instruction, Instructional Technology, Performance Based Assessment and Psychosocial Literacy & Supportive Communication. The program also includes developing the capacity of teachers to be able to apply and practice teaching strategies in Science, Mathematics, Arabic and English Languages, and Social Studies.
