Queen Rania Teacher Academy completes the first phase of the professional development journey for 112 male and female participants in Kuwait.

QRTA - Based on its mission to empower teachers in Jordan and the Arab world, the Queen Rania Teacher Academy completed the first phase of its professional development journey for 112 male and female participants from 20 schools in the brotherly State of Kuwait, targeting educational leaders, teachers, educational counsellors, and psychologists.

This cooperation came within the framework of the Academy's partnership with the Private Schools Union of Kuwait, which started with its first stages within the following programs: "Supervision, Evaluation and Professional Learning for Continuous Improvement", "Differentiation", and "Flexible Adaptation to Reach Comprehensive Psychological Wellness", which were presented in both Arabic and English.

In addition, there are currently 34 teachers in Kuwait studying the Professional Diploma in Education and 15 male and female leaders studying the Professional Diploma in Advanced Educational Leadership offered by the Academy.

Established in 2009, Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) is a non-profit organization committed to the vision of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah of supporting and empowering educators with the skills to become creative and diligent professionals, who are well-equipped to nurture and lead future generations.

The academy has been providing valuable professional learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders since its inception, with an outreach of over 90,000 professional development opportunities in the various programs.
