Kuwait - Summary of the professional development workshops conducted by the Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) in collaboration with the Private Schools Union of Kuwait (PSU) at the Universal American School in Kuwait in November 2023. The workshops, titled "Project-Based Learning," "Differentiation in Teaching the Arabic Language, "Backward Design," and "Instructional Rounds," targeted 123 Arabic language teachers, educators from all stages, and school leaders. The training sessions were conducted in both Arabic and English.
Notably, the QRTA has successfully trained over 800 educators in Kuwait over the past two years, employing both in-person and online formats. The initiatives have been designed for educational leaders, teachers across different levels and specializations, as well as educational counselors and psychological specialists in the preceding year.
