QRTA concluded the first cohort of the Leadership Skills For Female Educators – Tamkeen

QRTA concluded the first cohort of the Leadership Skills For Female Educators – Tamkeen, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and supported by the Government of Canada.  

The program benefited 422 female educational leaders, including school principals, vice principals, and educational supervisors, aiming to strengthen their leadership capacity and build meaningful community partnerships.  

The virtual closing event featured engaging activities and two insightful panel discussions where participants shared how Tamkeen influenced their professional growth and school performance.  

We salute the participating leaders for their dedication and passion for development, and we take pride in the inspiring examples they set as true partners in improving education quality across Jordan.
