Welcoming a New Group of School Leaders to the Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma 2025-2026

QRTA launched the Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma as part of the Developing Educators in Jordanian Public Schools project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and with the support of the Government of Canada. This milestone marks a significant step in empowering educational leaders and enhancing school leadership practices across Jordan.
 

The images highlight moments from the orientation meetings, where school leaders from the northern, central, and southern regions gathered to embark on their transformative learning journey.
 

The diploma includes the following modules:

•  Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment
•  Supervision, Evaluation, and Professional Learning for Continuous Improvement
•  Building a Positive School Climate and Culture
•  School and Program Management to Support Individual and Organizational Effectiveness
   

We look forward to witnessing the impact of this program as these dedicated leaders strengthen their schools and drive meaningful change in education!
