Nadine is an Executive & Leadership Coach and Director of Nadine Powrie Consultancy, an Executive Development & Leadership Training Organization that positively impacts productivity, performance & profitability around the world. She works with multinationals, governmental organizations, national and international ministerial teams and has influenced educational policies and leadership processes which have become best practice. She is international school inspector and a lead inspector in private and government schools in UAE, Asia and Africa. She is an ICF Executive and Leadership Coach. She works with senior leaders to evaluate, elevate and accelerate school improvement strategies. Her particular areas of expertise are in school improvement work, school leadership, coaching, governance, school self-evaluation, evaluation of school development plan and CPD.
Nadine is currently embarking on a part-time PhD ‘How hope determines the outcome of a difficult conversation related to performance in a business context’. She is a mum of 4 grown-up children and a grandmother.
