Continuous Professional Development Manager

With a proven track record of extensive experience in designing and delivering professional development training programs for educators and school leaders. Feras was engaged in multiple projects with cross-functional teams. He also participated as a presenter and a workshop leader at QRTA’s Teacher Skills Forum, and the Arab Gulf Teachers Forum.  His engagement in QRTA’s programs goes back to its inception in 2009 where He led with Teacher College, Colombia University, New York (TC-CU) team and Vermont Math Initiative (VMI) the development, adaptation and delivery of the Mathematics and Instructional Leadership Networks Program.

Feras is a certified instructor in the Advanced Leadership Diploma, a diploma program at QRTA in am corporation with the Jordan University. And He is a MEPLI fellow, The Middle East Professional Learning Initiative (MEPLI) Fellowship aims to support educators committed to advancing teacher education systemically in the contexts in which they serve.


Muhye aldeen Alkhatib

Senior Human Resources Manager

With more than 12 years of experience in the Human Resources management and Organization Development in Multinational and Multifunctional Organizations, Muhye holds a master’s degree in International Business Management from Coventry University, the United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Yarmouk University, Jordan.

Muhye also holds a certified diploma in Human Resources from ‘Change Zone’ Center, Jordan. He has participated and presented in various human resources workshops locally and internationally. He was selected to participate in a Gender Equity workshop in Denmark in 2016 and has also attended a training on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.

 


Heba Abu Jbara

Teacher Education Professional Diploma (TEPD) Manager

With around twenty years of experience in the field of education as a subject lead, teacher educator, high school teacher (International curriculum and the British curriculum system/ IGCSE), head of department and academic quality controller. Ms. Abu Jbarah is also taking the lead on standard one of CAEP accreditation for TEPD. She is an IGCSE examiner- English as a second language oral exam. Heba has always been interested in professional development which is why she has recently earned her CAEL certificate (Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership) from Harvard Graduate School of Education and had earned before that the MEPLI fellowship from Harvard Graduate School of Education as well. She serves now as a CAEL ambassador for prospective candidates. She has a master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Oakland University- USA and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from University of Jordan.

 

 


Dr. Sana’a AlRiyahi

Program Manager and Senior Education Specialist

Dr. Sana’a has 20 years of experience in Education, she worked as a school principal and science teacher in Jordanian public schools. In 2006, she was awarded the “Queen Rania award for distinguished teachers” and in 2007, she participated in a Fellowship Program in the USA supported by Washington University and she became the coordinator of the program in 2018.
Dr. Sana’a has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with honor from the University of Jordan. She has published educational research papers in teaching science. She has designed and led many workshops in pedagogies and Instructional leadership at QRTA and abroad. In 2021 she has joined MEPLI (Middle East Professional learning initiative) Fellowship at Harvard graduate school of education. Recently, she had participated as a national consultant with UNICEF and MoE to review the Leadership standards.

 


Nabila Bashir

Business Development Senior Manager

Nabila has more than 18 years of experience in teaching, innovation in education, EdTech, STEM, and project management of education development projects.

Nabila is the project manager for the International accreditation of the Teacher Education Professional Diploma from the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) at Queen Rania Teacher Academy.

She has a Master’s degree in  Multidisciplinary Studies in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY) and has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Jordan. She is a MEPLI (Middle East Professional Learning) fellow from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Currently she is doing the final module of the Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL) from HGSE.

 


Zein Al Fawwaz

Communications Manager

With over 17 years of experience in the fields of media and communications, Zein started her career at the Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC Group) where she was part of the news department at Al Arabiya News Channel located in Dubai – UAE and has training experience with CNN Arabic and Dubai Business Channel. She then continued her career in Jordan ranging between media, communications, and marketing.

Zein holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication specializing in TV & Radio from the University of Sharjah – UAE.


 

Dr.  Anwar Shaqar

Educational expert with more than 20 years of experience in the field of education, Dr. Anwar always believed in the importance of using technology, integrating education with real life, and the importance of continuous educational reform so that education would suit the demands and challenges and skills of the 21st century. 

Dr. Anwar holds a PHD in Philosophy – Teaching Methods-Mathematics from Al Yarmouk University

Allam holds a Master Degree in Management information systems (MIS) from Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, with more than 17 years of experience and demonstrated history of working in the development sector, Skilled in Projects/Programs Management, Donor funded projects, Corporate Social Responsibility projects, Training, Business, and Social Entrepreneurship, Employment, Mentorship and Voluntarism,  , hold  Project Management Professional(PMP) certificate and member of Project Management Institute (PMI), volunteer with many local and international NGO’s.
